A special offer has been made to FormerFedsGroup.Com in regard to an inside track situation with an anticipated contract with an established government contractor to DOD and the State Department. This contractor believes there will be a contract issued (that is still being scoped and finalized) and has offered to the FormerFedsGroup that for every suitable candidate it proffers that those candidates will be given the right of first refusal. It is not certain what salary ranges will be for the job classifications referenced below, but when we met with the contractor’s representative what was discussed was one salary range of between upwards of $50-80K and one salary range at upwards $100-115K. Most of the positions will be in the DC area. Perhaps some positions will be berthed in Hawaii. There is no provision for relocation at this point.
The contract is expected to be for one year with separate, renewable additional years that can be awarded for up to five years. The plan is initially for the agents to be retained by the general contractor and with FormerFedsGroup taking over more responsibility for staffing, HR, payroll etc. as the contractor begins to service the contract.
Right now, the only ask for anyone having even minimal interest is that they submit a resume. Please indicate your clearance and status in the cover letter.
I understand that there may be a willingness to refresh clearances for up to 1/3 of the accepted candidates, but active clearances are preferred. They are looking for 100 by May 10th so this is a very short suspense. My apologies in advance. Please spread the word to anyone you think might be interested as they are well short of their goal.
Please submit resumes and cover letters to [email protected].
(CV’s will be held in confidence until submission and that the individuals will be informed if there CV is being submitted to the contracting organization)
